You have no idea how much I wish I could title this as “New Layout” but sadly, I can’t. I also wish I could say that I’ve been working on something but then I’d be lying. Time just seems to fly when you’re so busy. I never seem to have time to myself anymore, it’s always wake up, go to school, go to work, come home and sleep every single day.

Since my last blog I have been burned, got cut by the tape dispenser (dont ask) and almost got run over by a car. I got burned about 3 weeks ago but it’s barely healed, it still looks as disgusting as the first week. As for getting cut, I have no idea how that happened. I still feel like such an idiot ever time I look at the scar. And yes, I really did almost get run over. The guy was on the damn phone and didn’t see me, there’s been way too many accidents due to people not paying attention to the road because they’re on the stupid phone.

Anyways, that’s my rant for the day. Hope you enjoyed it although I highly doubt that

Oh man, it’s been way too long…again. Time just seems to go by so fast when you’re busy. All of a sudden I look up and realize it’s almost the end of October. Where did all that time go?! I wonder what life would be like if there were more hours in a day.

Winter is slowly creeping on us and I am not looking forward to its arrival. It’s hard enough waking up early, the cold makes it even harder to get out of bed. Sometimes I wish we could all just go into hibernation for the winter, I definitely could use it to catch up on sleep and we wouldn’t have to worry about the cold. I love summer, as you can tell, maybe a bit too much.

So, we went downtown last week for Photography and I got some amazing pictures. I can’t wait to develop them, I’ll try to post them here if I remember.

Sorry for the lame intro, that song’s just stuck in my head right now (It’s Break The Ice by Britney Spears if you didn’t know). Anyways, how’re you guys doing? I’ve been really busy this week with school and work. I’ve been coming home at 10pm every night and I’m always exhausted after standing for 6 hours straight. And school has started as well, it’s been pretty fun actually. The photography class started off slow because we had to sit and copy definitions for the first two weeks but this week we’re getting our cameras and we’re gonna start taking pictures. The cameras are really sad though, they’re 15 years old and some even 25 years old, but it’s all good.

So, I’m in desperate need for some new music. I love pretty much anything except for metal and rap (unless its Lupe Fiasco, I love him <3). Do you guys have any suggestions?

I finally got around to putting this theme up. I kind of like how it turned out, let me know what you think. It features Gaspard Ulliel <3. I’m not sure if my css goes with it though. It’s times like these when my lack of coding abilities becomes more apparent.

Anyways, summer’s almost over and I’m not sure if I’m ready to go back to school. I’m a little scared because I have no idea what to expect but kind of excited to see all my friends and catch up on everything. Since I took summer school I only had one month of summer which is definitely not enough for me, I need my two months break. Even though I’ve been bored all day, with the only things to watch on tv being Ellen and Tyra.

I finally got a chance to go to Canada’s Wonderland (a theme park) and even though I’m terrified of roller coasters I still went on a lot of them. Except for the one with an almost 90° drop, I don’t think I have the stomach to try that one…yet. Have you guys ever heard of a funnel cake? It’s a cake with ice-cream and strawberries on top. That description definitely did not do it justice but let me tell you, they are delicious.

My weekend was filled with late nights and early mornings, all due to the Olympics of course. Beijing being on the other side of the world means most of the interesting stuff goes on in the early hours of the day which makes it really hard to watch everything. I mean I love the Olympics but I still need my 8 hours of sleep. Although I don’t know much about all the sports in these games, I’m still excited for every single one of them. I think it’s the idea that the whole world can come together in one place, compete against each other and still have so much fun at the same time is what makes it so amazing.

I’m sure there are at least 20 other blogs about the exact same thing but these games can really put a smile on my face. Not just because my country is winning 20 gold medals (let’s be honest here, that’s a long shot for Canada) but because it’s something that unites the world and perhaps, if only for a moment, it brings us hope that one day maybe we will achieve world peace.

So after long hours and a lot of frustration, I’ve finally got my site up! I haven’t used Wordpress in over a year so it was like starting from scratch but everything seemed to have worked out fine. Excuse the disgusting theme, I just wanted to put something, anything up. I’ve got a much better one planned which should be coming pretty soon. Anyways, I’d like to thank Henri for hosting me, I really appreciate it

My summer just started a couple of days ago and I’m bored already. I really want to go out more but the constant downpour of rain won’t let me. Any ideas what I should do? I’ve got way too much time on my hands right now so I’m working on some content for the site. Anyways, I think I’ll end this here until next time.
